Meditation
Work From Om® provides a foundation on which participants can build a personal mindfulness-based meditation practice. Our teachers are certified and experienced in making meditation approachable and enjoyable.

Stretch & Refresh
Move with ease, clear your head and find your flow with this office-friendly program designed to stretch the body and the mind.
The session begins with a simple, powerful sequence of chair-yoga and standing stretches to bring awareness and relief to the physical effects of stress, followed by a breath-based mindfulness meditation for a sense of calm clarity.
